Tuition Reimbursement

Start leveling up your career! After one year with Dutch Bros and averaging at least 15 hours a week, you can access up to $5,250/year in tuition reimbursement to keep learning, growing, and chasing what’s next!

Retirement & 401K

Plan for what’s next! Once you’re 18 or older, part-time employees can join our 401(k) plan. After a year of service and 1,000 hours worked, we’ll match your contributions up to 4%. Invest your future while building your career!

Medical, Dental, Vision

Once you’re full-time, we offer Medical, Dental, and Vision plans tailored to you. Plus, take advantage of tax-advantaged savings accounts (FSA, HSA, and HRA) with a company contribution on select plans to help your money go further!

Paid Volunteer Time

We offer eight hours of paid volunteer time each calendar year so you can support a cause of your choice! Make a massive difference in your community and an impact that extends beyond your shift, every single year.

We’re serving up three medical plans for our crew to choose from, including two PPO options and one HDHP with an HSA. All plans offer nationwide coverage plus extra perks! We even offer a $0 employee-only medical plan!

Once you step into a full-time role, you’ll be eligible for our full benefits package starting on the first of the month after 30 days in your new position. Many offerings are completely free for employees! 

Even if you’re not eligible for tuition reimbursement yet, you can still access our education coaching program. Coaches can help you plan ahead, explore your options, and answer any questions about your future. 

Dutch Bros provides protected time off and leave options designed to support your wellbeing. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Six to eight weeks of protected time off for new mothers, depending on state guidelines. 
  • Protected leave for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, plus access to a dedicated safety team.
  • Protected time off for mental health, along with mental health resources and personalized check-ins from our accommodations team.
