Working in the shops requires energy to stay on your feet all shift and have an eye for detail so you get it right the first time. Yes, you’ll need to make a killer cup of coffee but more importantly, you’ll need to bring your best to every customer interaction and have your crew’s back no matter what. If that excites you, you’ll fit right in!
